Open Letter to Customers About the Coronavirus/COVID-19

Our thoughts go out to our customers and partners who are working on the frontlines of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Even though the COVID-19 is impacting us personally in the communities where we live and work, our focus is to support our employees and local government partners throughout the country. Below are highlights about how Sturgis is responding to the pandemic, and how we can work together to mitigate risks and create opportunities to help support the health and well-being of your employees and constituents, as well as the Sturgis’ employees.

  • We have a team dedicated to monitoring the conditions of the pandemic and have business continuity plans in place to ensure the continuation of our services. We are also closely monitoring the COVID-19 impact with updates from the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.
  • We have also asked all employees to be extremely vigilant with their health during these unprecedented times. Employees who feel ill have been told to not report to work and we are providing comprehensive benefits to support them.
